What We Do
Millstone & Oak is a family-founded, partner-owned real estate investment firm that finds, acquires, and operates multifamily properties in the Olympic Peninsula region of the PNW.

We concentrate our activities in neighborhoods with solid economic fundamentals and demonstrable growth potential. We look for stable and value-add properties throughout the Olympic Peninsula, with a focus on medium and large, multifamily sites that are close to schools, public transportation, and suburban economic centers.
Our goal is to grow and maintain an investment portfolio to be proud of—one that not only delivers passive income and returns for our investors, but does so while maintaining the highest ethical standards, deepest respect for the communities in which we operate, and unmatched stewardship of the trust placed in us by our partners.
